Work and Anxiety

Nowadays work in all its aspects is a major cause of anxiety. Too much work creates anxiety, too little creates it as well.

We cannot deny that there are stressful situations – there are employers who seem to relish on threatening their employees continuously, always threatening them with being fired for whatever minor thing.  Sometimes these tyrants do it, out of their own stress and anxiety. And  employees get worried, fearing that whatever they do might be misinterpreted.  They always try to do the right thing at work, being continuously bothered and anxious that the higher-ups might not see it that way.

The only thing you have control over is yourself. Do your best at work, and remember that when one door closes another one opens. One has to learn to get freed of the shackles of this modern type of slavery.
